More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund, minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., flights, hotel bookings).
3 to 7 days before the tour: 50% refund.
Within 72 hours of the tour: No refunds or credits.
2. Cancellation by Mesob Ethiopia Tours
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Non-Refundable Costs
Fees for airfare, accommodations, permits, and third-party services are non-refundable once booked.
